Hi, I’m Marjoleijn from Vlissingen (Zeeland) where I grew up in a catering family where hospitality and helping people was the standard in our household. Making sure that people feel seen and heard is very important to me and is something I am committed to in various ways.

With STUDIO.WHY I help organizations with Service Design; developing services and business processes in which customers and employees feel seen. I do this as a facilitator, guiding effective work meetings, or I train and coach employees to organize and facilitate workshops themselves.
