Based on an internal survey within the department that serves their bigger customers, it became clear that there was a need to learn more about Design Thinking. As a partner for the Innovation Center of KPN and a preferred supplier of training, STUDIO.WHY was requested to help out on this one. Over 100 people would like to get an idea what Design Thinking is and how it can help them serve their clients even better.
We organized three identical in-company webinars for the initial group of consultants, as well as architects and sales. During the webinar of one hour in total 220 people participated. Despite the large groups the webinars were interactive and at high speed.
The webinars resulted in a high net promoter score (NPS). KPN conducted a questionnaire among the participants, which led to a significant demand to dive deeper into this subject. Together with KPN we designed a tailor made program with sprints and training so KPN is able to adopt the mindset and methods we use.
