We believe that change starts with people

Many organizations want to move forward. But real change can only happen if people are able and willing to embrace that change themselves. That is why we help organizations to create a better world to bring their own people along with them in the transition. We do not build change from the top down, but rather from the inside out.

From inspiration to realization

We combine strategy with action. Like masterclasses, serious games, transition programs, and change sprints. Our approach is hybrid: partly live, partly online. Always interactive and tailor-made.

We use models such as the X-curve, Design Thinking, and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). In this way, we help organizations take concrete steps toward their goals.

Where we are located

STUDIO.WHY is located in the Netherlands in the monumental station building of Geldermalsen. Here we provide training courses and events.

Easily accessible near the intersection of the A2 and A15 motorways between Utrecht and Den Bosch, with a large free P+R car park. And the train stops right outside the door! You are very welcome!

STUDIO.WHY is also located in South Africa.
