What does this e-learning course cover?

In this Design Thinking elearning course, you’ll work through the 10 steps of the Dutch Design Delta, which organizations worldwide use to solve complex problems that deliver real value to end users, stakeholders, and the organization.

Design Thinking eLearning

You’ll gain access to your own Miro board, a kind of advanced whiteboard. On this board, you’ll go through a process consisting of various components:

  • short videos explaining the theory
  • assignments to complete on your own based on the case study
  • a workspace that supports the learning activities

Individually and collaboratively

You can tackle some of the assignments on your own, while others are completed together with one or two colleagues. This allows you to use this eLearning together, gain experiences as a group, and reflect on them.

Help Line

You also have the option to use a help line: a brief consultation or reflection session with an experienced trainer/facilitator who can answer your questions and provide advice if desired.

Other Formats

We also offer this as a customized solution for organizations in combination with online masterclasses led by a live trainer, during which you can ask questions immediately. For the online version, you can also choose to combine it with the live online Design Thinking masterclass, followed by the in-depth Design Thinking elearning course.
