We’re here to make things right
 
We aim to provide exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be times when we do not meet your expectations. If you have any complaints about our service or your experience with us, we truly want to hear from you.
 
Your information will remain private. After sharing your complaint, we will resolve the complaint within 30 days. When this deadline can not be met, we will provide you with a new deadline before said deadline is expired.


In the event that we can not resolve you complaint within your satisfactory, we will ask the NAI (Dutch Insitute of Arbritration) for an independent and binding solution.
