I love discussions, when different perspectives are superimposed the most beautiful process of innovation takes place as far as I am concerned. As a facilitator, I enjoy nurturing discussions, in a respectful manner, of course. For me it is important that the flow of the conversation runs well within my group. I drive this by asking curious questions, adopting critical perspectives or playing devil’s advocate. From my studies in Business Innovation, and practical experience as an innovation/project manager I take experience mainly in the commercial sector, here I have learned to look not only at a cool creative solution, but also at the concrete value that the solution delivers. People who work with me describe me as enthusiastic social and committed. In my spare time I like to occupy myself with cooking, a great idol is Jamie Oliver who taught me not to follow a recipe precisely within the rules, but above all to enjoy freestyling!
