Vattenfall has the desire to work on different sustainability challenges and create Green Teams. In these teams people can work on different assignments and come up with creative solutions for current sustainability challenges we face at the moment.
In a timeframe of three months the Green Teams worked on their assignment using the STUDIO.WHY Design Thinking Framework. We facilitated multiple workshops in which the teams came together and worked towards sustainable solutions. For each Green Team we designed a Miro-board they could use to work on their challenge.
At the end of the Design Sprint each group had gained valuable insights about their sustainablity challenge and their target audience. They had a clear view on opportunities for different stakeholders and created first drafts of their solution.
