Baloise Insurance aims to unburden her clients and brokers, not only through excellence in their core business, but also by putting effort in innovation projects for both the core business as well as the transformational initiatives. A crucial aspect is the implementation of an innovation mindset throughout the organization. In order to gain experience and knowledge about workshops and innovation methods, Entrepreneurial Design Thinking will be implemented throughout the organization.
Baloise Insurance participated in the Entrepreneurial Design Thinking Facilitator Training. During this course they got, together with delegates from other organizations, familiar with the method, mindsets, tools and techniques. During the training they worked on a real life challenge, so they could put the lessons learned in practice right away.
At this moment three staff members of Baloise have successfully completed their training and now adapt the lessons learned in daily work. They apply the techniques, canvasses and facilitation tips when they conduct workshops.
