Nétive is the market leading Vendor Management System (VMS) supplier within the Netherlands, and has over 20 years of experience within the VMS market, and currently serves more than 200 Contingent Workforce programmes across 10 countries. They are a business in a mindset of continuous development and improvement. After all the negative impact of the Covid-lockdowns, the management team was looking for a way to celebrate that we can work face to face again and enjoy coming to the office. Also, there was a desire to work on daily challenges regarding innovation in products and services. This lead to the Innovation Challenge, and STUDIO.WHY was asked to facilitate this program.
About thirty staff members gathered at our train station to take a deep dive into Design Thinking. They joined our one day Design Thinking Experience and worked to write down their own major challenges. Inspired by the power of Entrepreneurial Design Thinking, the teams came up with many new ideas to add value for their clients. This was done during a program of several weeks. At the end, the teams presented their concepts to their colleagues and management.
The one day Design Thinking Experience at STUDIO.WHY was the kick start of their innovation challenge. Participants experienced the entrepreneurial mindset and made a start with their innovation challenge. With the tools and know how of the Dutch Design Delta’s they could work on their challenge and provide the company with new propositions for their clients.
