There are a number of types to innovate as an organization. The way depends of course on what kind of organization you have and what you give in. The following are the most notable:

• Processes are made to be improved;
• Technological innovation: Investing in developments, for example Virtual Reality;
• Market innovation: You focus on a new target group.
• Social innovation: Successful organization have mature and humble people with the mindset of accepting that something might work AND/OR that are able to admit to be wrong and move forward in a new direction. Learning quick and constantly can lead to the most rewarded and least risky unexpected innovation opportunities.
