This personal, interactive and hands-on training challenges you to look at challenges differently. You will learn how to realistically and effectively develop products or services from the needs of the target audience. You will learn to approach common problems that impede growth in a process-oriented and people-oriented way, inspiring you to come up with new creative solutions.

Program

This Design Thinking training in Dutch is an action-oriented learning experience where you will go through the 6 steps of Design Thinking using a realistic case. You will learn:

Formulate a clear challenge
Empathize with your end user through empathetic conversation.
Identify and substantiate a proven core problem based on information on which you will make the next steps
Thinking up solutions with real ‘out of the box’ thinking
Develop many ideas into a concrete concept
Making concepts and all process steps transferable to stakeholders
