This personal, interactive and hands-on training challenges you to look at challenges differently. You will learn how to realistically and effectively develop products or services from the needs of the target audience. You will learn to approach common problems that hinder growth in a process-oriented and people-oriented way, inspiring you to come up with new creative solutions. With this process-oriented way of working, you learn to make faster, more concrete and working choices in a group. Collaborations are encouraged to empower decision making which will produce results on several fronts.
Program
The Design Thinking training is an action-oriented learning experience where you will go through the 9 steps of Design Thinking using a realistic case. You will learn:
- Formulate a clear challenge
- Empathize with your end user through empathetic conversation.
- Identify and substantiate a proven core problem based on information on which you will make the next steps
- Thinking up solutions with real out-of-the-box thinking
- Develop many ideas into a concrete concept
- Making concepts and all process steps transferable to stakeholders
- Making a first prototype
- Create a test plan for your prototype
- Work out the process from prototype to market based on your prototype
- Plan your own application of Design Thinking steps
